Every day, law enforcement officers put their lives on the line. The Western Cuyahoga FOP Foundation is here to support them and their families — in times of need and in moments of celebration.
The Western Cuyahoga FOP Foundation exists to honor the bravery, dedication, and sacrifice of law enforcement personnel. We provide financial assistance, educational scholarships, equipment grants, and wellness programs — because those who protect us deserve our unwavering support.

Every program is designed to address the unique needs of law enforcement professionals and the communities they protect.
Annual scholarships for children of law enforcement officers pursuing higher education. Since inception, we've awarded over $430,000 in academic support to deserving students across Cuyahoga County.
Grants for critical safety equipment including ballistic vests, tactical gear, body cameras, and vehicle upgrades. We've outfitted 14 departments with over $180,000 in essential equipment.
Emergency financial assistance for officers and their families facing medical crises, line-of-duty injuries, or unexpected hardship. Confidential grants processed within 48 hours of application.
Funding for community engagement initiatives including youth outreach programs, neighborhood safety workshops, and police-community partnership events throughout western Cuyahoga County.
Confidential counseling services, peer support programs, and wellness retreats for officers dealing with occupational stress, trauma, and the emotional toll of law enforcement service.
Annual ceremonies, memorial events, and recognition programs honoring fallen officers and celebrating exemplary service. We ensure no sacrifice goes unrecognized in our community.
Our board brings together law enforcement professionals, community leaders, and advocates who guide the foundation's mission and impact.
